At present, the urban sludge treatment and disposal measures and methods adopted by Shanghai are not perfect, and the main focus is on emergency treatment. In the next step, sludge treatment and disposal are likely to be combined with the requirements of urban development and overall consideration. Construct corresponding sludge treatment and disposal projects according to local conditions. Without significantly increasing the cost of urban sludge treatment and disposal, it will effectively focus on "reduction." Constantly improve the basic requirements of quantification, harmlessness, and stabilization to ensure that urban sludge is properly disposed of, and gradually develop in the direction of "resource utilization".
There are many technical methods for sludge treatment. Developed countries began to analyze and research sludge treatment and disposal technologies in the 1960s and 1970s, and the sludge treatment system was very mature. However, due to the low level of understanding of the characteristics and use conditions of various treatment technologies in our country, through the research on the sewage treatment technology of urban sewage treatment plants, combined with the actual situation of the country, the appropriate and more scientific treatment technology is selected. The sludge treatment plan improves the level of sludge treatment and improves urban pollution problems.
